Description Maintenance is being performed on SecureCo SBC of SYD1 site. Reboot both Primary and Standby SBCs to re-establish HA as recommended by vendor.
Customer Impact Any current calls will drop at the start of the outage. Outage duration will be a maximum of 5 mins. Any new calls will automatically reroute to use the SYD2 site.
